Mixed well, no taste

Excellent gym essential with potent results when consumed over time. Combines the tried and true power of creatine with HMB, resulting in better lifts than ever before, which is an outcome I've personally felt from consuming this product. Improved muscle definition with consistent use combined with progressive overloading on your workouts. Love that it's NSF sport certified. Easy on the stomach, best consumed post-workout.The only caveat of this product that detracts 1 star from my rating specifically has to do with their "unflavored" flavor. I bought the unflavored version under the expectation there was going to be zero taste, like at all. However unfortunately upon taking a scoop of the unflavored variant of this product, do be warned that you WILL be met with the most unpleasant chemical-like taste; it'll hit you like a truck and probably make you want to hurl if you don't swig a scoop down fast enough with water. In the meantime I've been working around this by spreading salt on my tongue before consuming this, which seems to cancel out the chemical flavor.I'd recommend most people NOT buy unflavored unless you know what you're doing (i.e. whatever beverage you mix this with you're confident it will mask the chemical taste of the unflavored version effectively). You're better off buying the flavored versions esp if you intend to consume with water 99% of the time, which is something I'll do for my next purchase.Nonetheless, will be a returning customer.

More reps and heavier reps. Otherwise zero side effects. I take the recommended serving once per day. It's more expensive than other brands, but incredibly clean. It doesn't really dissolve, but it disperses very well in a 16 ounce bottle of water.

I used to take Kre-Alkalyn creatine but felt like switching it up after several years of loyalty. I honestly like Transparent Labs better because they mix HMB with the creatine which is awesome! I remember back in the late 90's that creatine and HMB were the 2 powerful natty muscle building combos that everyone used. It's awesome that they now have a product that has them both mixed together.

Not sure if you get ‘crazy old man’ strength with age, but I’m giving it up to the Creatine. I can now bench north of 200 and can squat my weight where I never could ever in my life.

After two years taking creatine daily (and for quite some time flirting with the idea of trying the one sold by Transparent labs, given the massive amount of ads I was getting) I decided to try this Creatine HMB.Indeed it’s a bit more expensive than the one I’ve been taking for over 9 months but I considered it could be an investment in my workouts.The taste is terrible and the product doesn’t dissolve well in water and the other brands. In terms of performance results I honestly can’t tell if there were any major improvement.
