Been using it for a month and I like it. Absolutely no smell and very flexible to mix with anything and drink. Recovery and gains are good too.

I’ve been taking creatine for a few years now and I can feel the difference with the added HMB. Great product and I highly recommend the brand and blend of creatine.

Best creatine for muscle growth I've tried yet. Within 2 weeks, I felt more fullness in my muscles and improvement in performance in the gym! However, it tastes absolutely horrible and smells like armpit. New staple in my list of supplements though!

Very high quality, noticable results in strength (added reps) and retention of gains, relative to using no creatine or other creatine brands. However, there was an unmistakable b.o. type smell and bitter flavor that is hard to cover up when drinking with liquids, particularly milk. If you don't mind that, this may be the best value in daily creatine supplement currently on the market.

Mixes well with warm water. A little bit of an aftertaste from the dry packs for the first few days, but it goes away.

I’m usually tentative to trust claims made by supplement companies, but I have to admit as a 60 year old male that was really struggling with soreness and recovery after workouts and sometimes requiring 48 hrs of recovery, I now have seen a dramatic improvement with recovery and I’m now able to go on a 2 days on 1 day off schedule and if necessary 3 days on with no struggles. Non- flavor mixed with water and no issues with odd odors which are mentioned in a few reviews.

After two years taking creatine daily (and for quite some time flirting with the idea of trying the one sold by Transparent labs, given the massive amount of ads I was getting) I decided to try this Creatine HMB. Indeed it’s a bit more expensive than the one I’ve been taking for over 9 months but I considered it could be an investment in my workouts. The taste is terrible and the product doesn’t dissolve well in water and the other brands. In terms of performance results I honestly can’t tell if there were any major improvement.
