I love the vanilla flavor. It makes a great meal replacement when I am in the go. I love all the nutrients it provides me.

Needed more protien while healing from surgery, and not many stores sell the Carnation Instant Breakfast, especially the High Protien anymore, so worked well to put in my Almond Milk...they also make Chocolate, but prefer the French Vanilla....cheaper then Boost or the like
