Fantastic service! I contacted the company late in the evening to ask for help in identifying the correct replacement battery for my camera. I needed the battery ASAP for an upcoming trip. I had thought I could get the battery locally and waited until the last minute; only to find that no one locally carried the battery. Customer service worked with me to make sure that I ordered the correct battery and to make sure that I received it in time for my trip. The battery arrived in record time and worked beautifully! Couldn't be happier with the item or customer service! You just don't get outstanding customer service like this anymore! Thrilled with my purchase. I will definately purchase from this company again!

This battery DOES NOT recharge. Once the power is gone, it's gone. It's false advertising to say this battery is rechargeable. Amazon, why don't you make sure your sellers are making truthful claims?

Item was a a fair market value. Item came in a timely manner. Item where what I ordered, Item was undamaged. Item got my camera working again, so that I could capture the images that I cared to.

This battery doesn't seem to take a full charge, even when charging overnight. The charging indicator on the camera will go out when the battery reaches full charge with the OEM battery, but stays on with this battery. When I unplug the charger and turn the camera on the battery life indicator does show a full charge. My external battery charger does indicate a full charge and automatically shuts off with this battery.

Shipped quickly. I put it in my camera, turned it on and it was good to go. Came fully charged so I didn't have to wait. Before I purchased it, I looked at the reviews from people who had purchased other brands and read that some received batteries that needed charging before use. This battery and seller had no such review which is why I purchased from them.

These batteries I purchased a quantity of 10, figuring at least 30% of them would work correctly, all 10 failed the video recording test in my Kodak FZ-55 Pixpro camera. I had purchased Kastar KILIC-7006 batteries prior to these, and they have the same issue as these Wasabi Power BTR-LI40B-JWP batteries, inserted each one in my camera, attempted to record a video, same thing happens with these batteries as did the Kastar KLIC-7006. The issue is, as soon as you press the camera video record button, within no more than 3 seconds the camera shuts down recording, displays battery temp is too high on the camera monitor and turns the camera completely off. Making the completely useless for video recording, and they do not meet or exceed the OEM Kodak battery that came with the camera that has no such issues, like claimed in the description of the Wasabi battery that is supposed to be an exact replacement for the OEM battery. OEM: "Original Equipment Manufacturer", for those that may not know what OEM is. These work fine for still photographs, but for recording a video of any length greater than 3 seconds just won't happen. So I was very disappointed in these batteries, as I expected to be able to use these for video recording, as well as standard photographs. Fortunately, I don't feel too bad about spending the funds on these as they were purchased from an Amazon Gift Card I received for becoming an Amazon Prime Visa Card member, so in essence I sort of got these batteries for free. But, even so, very disappointed they have the same issue as other 3rd party batteries I have purchased for my Kodak FZ-55 camera. I can recommend them for still photography, but NOT for video recording, as all 10 failed this test miserably, with the camera always reporting the battery temp is too high when attempting to record a video. Sometimes they don't even make it to 3 seconds, only 1 or 2 seconds before the camera places this issue on its monitor, then automatically shuts down (completely off) after trying to record a video. I even tried placing a few in my refrigerator for a short time to see if cooling them down this way would allow them to work, it didn't, same issue persisted with trying to record a video of any real length, did the same with the previously purchased Kastar KLIC-7006 batteries, which I believe are also sold by this same vendor, those also work well for standard photography, just not video, again same issue as the Wasabi version, which states they are a replacement for the Kodak KLIC-7006 on the battery itself, but don't work like the OEM battery that came with the camera. If you want to record video, I strongly suggest you spend the extra cost and buy the OEM (KODAK KLIC-7006) battery, as they DO NOT have this issue. I am thinking there is some error in the makeup of the Kastar and Wasabi Power batteries that create this problem with video recording in the Kodak FZ-55 camera, causing it to report this: "Battery temp too high" issue, and turning the camera completely off after only no more than 3 seconds MAXIMUM of video recording. I've purchased 3rd party batteries like this for other digital cameras I've owned, and this is the very first time I have ever seen or had such an issue, so from now on, if I want to record video, I will purchase only the OEM battery by Kodak, again, it costs a bit more than these for one battery, but if you want to record videowith your camera, the Kodak battery is by far the one you want and NOT these particular batteries!
