The product details mention it’s 4G and wireless. Although the product is wireless, it’s NOT supported in India. The network (internal modem) is not supported by Indian networks. Apparently it works only in US, Europe, Canada and Australia etc. This is something seller SHOULD have mentioned or at least not advertised using that feature.
