Its a SAC with no guts!!!!!
This is just the case it has no "fluffy inards" I guess they expect you to stuff it yourself. The description is very misleading. My daughter purchased this for a friends birthday present and imagine her surprise when she got a cotton sac with no stuffing. not at all what was described or pictured. so just be aware before you purchase that you are getting a cotton sac with a zipper some assembly required!

Misleading not a pillow at all
Don't bother ordering this pillow. It wasn't even a pillow but a small material sack. I also ordered two of these and only received one. The shipping was very slow. It took a couple of weeks to receive this tiny little sack. Not a pillow that I was expecting. Very disappointing.
