How come there's 2 answers for if there's a caffiene or not. If there is caffeine whether in the tea or elsewhere, how much caffeine is there?

Thank you for your inquiry! There is less than 1 mg of caffeine in each serving of Milkflow Chai. For comparison, an average 8oz cup of coffee contains approximately 95 mg of caffeine.

Can my baby use this product a lot?

It is not for the baby to use. It is for the mother to use. I used it successfully for six months. One scoop a day did it for me, I mixed it in with one banana and oatmilk. It does in fact help with milk production. The chai latte flavor tasted great, I would use it again.

If there's 1,800 mg of fenugreek per serving, why does the label say only 230 mg per serving? i ask b/c you need a minimum of 3,500 mg/day.

230mg refers to the amount of our Proprietary Blend in each packet or serving, which includes Fenugreek Seed Extract, Blessed Thistle and Anise Seed. The amount of Fenugreek per packet is 1800mg due to a 10:1 concentrated ratio in the blend.
