This platform bedframe is built to last. It's a very sturdy bedframe. Purchased the 14 inch high frame so there would be plenty of room under the frame for storage. No boxspring needed. With the 10 inch mattress It's two feet tall. Easy getting on and off the bed. Really like this purchase.

Build quality:Good quality and very firm built. Liked that is completely noiseless.

Great platform bed frame. Met all my requirements plus my mattress works well without the old box spring. I would have given this a 5 star review except my tucked in sheets at the bottom of the frame fall through the slats. I needed to place a couple flattened cardboard boxes under the mattress to prevent this.

DO NOT BUY!I've had this for a few months now. It's easy to assemble, durable, and strong. This bed frame makes a lot of noise. It squeaks really bad. I would not buy this item again.UPDATE:I was moving this bed to another room and took the frame apart in the middle. I found the center leg was broken at the weld. When I reassembled the frame I made sure every bolt was TIGHT. Also I made sure each piece was fitted together very closely. I tightened each bolt very evenly TIGHT! Even with the center broken leg there is NO noise. I'll see if the frame is still quite in a few months and contact the seller for a replacement frame. If the noise returns I'll post another update but as of right now it's perfectly quiet and hopefully I can get a replacement leg.And yet another update:As of 6-19-2025 the bed frame is back to making a LOT of noise. I have contacted the seller/manufacturer which defaults to communicating with them through email after I sent the first message. The results so far has been continuous questions like what is my name, phone number, home address, date of purchase, part number, pictures of broken part, picture of the package, picture of the hardware package, picture of the wrenches in the package...... On and on and ON even though I included the pictures of the broken part as I have posted here on this review. I also included the order number and date of purchase in the first message to them. This is why I stopped doing business with eBay and started doing more business with Amazon. In the past few months though, this has become the method of operation at Amazon as well. So as bad as I hated to, I bought a Walmart+ account and so far I've returned a couple of items to Walmart and had my money back instantly.This is the second time of dealing with a purchase issue with Amazon and BOTH have turned into nightmares to deal with. NO MORE THIRD PARTY PURCHASES FOR ME!! My first and primary shopping place will now be with Walmart.

I am 450 pounds and been using the frame for a few years now. My boyfriend is 200 pounds and he sleeps on this bed too, thats 600lbs between us and we do yoga activities too. It’s quiet and sturdy, and tall enough to fit storage under. Frame is tall enough to use only a tall mattress on, without a box spring.
