Waste of time and money!
The media could not be loaded. All this work for about 30 watts. Maybe charge a cell phone on a very windy day. Dont bother with these type generators.

Need redesign
The blades is so narrow, so it is very difficult to turn.. After I modified, then it is turn better.

800 watts is a bit of a stretch
The media could not be loaded. While it is producing some, with 30+ mph winds it has only achieved about 50 watts, with a 50 mph gust I had just after recording the video it finally reached 75 watts. While it appears to be made well, the internals are clearly not built for 800 watts. It did come with a flange which is a plus. So if your in hurricane zones you might reach it's maximum potential at 114 mph based on the specs of it's survival speed.

Not durable at all. Will not hold 60mph without exploding
Worked good the first month but then we had a windy day that hit 60mph and it ripped the fin off and then ate itself. Lasted one month, not worth it.

Makes way more noise than power.
This is advertised as a 800W 24V wind generator. In a 21MPH wind it generates 14 watts. There is not even a link the the manufacturer for warranty information. Never buy anything from this company.

Good voltage and amperage but needs very high speed winds to start generating something.But is better than the previous one, that one never generated a single volt.

No good.
The start-up speed is a joke. We have had 10-15mph sustained winds and the silly thing doesn't turn. Completely useless thus far.

No mechanism for ordering replacement parts
Mounting pole must be customized to fit the mounting flange on the generator. Easy to assemble body parts and once assembled works well. However, the fan shaft mounting bolt came loose after a year and the blade assembly flew off snapping one of the blades and the shaft bolt flew off into never-never land. I would like to order replacement parts, but there is no place to do that. I don't want to order the hole unit again just for two parts. I have been using the generator for over a year and it is out of warrantee.
