I've purchased many 3D wooden kits by this vendor and they are all very nice quality wood, and the pieces are easy enough to remove that a utility knife is not really necessary. I love that they provide enough spare parts for all the finicky pieces that are easy to break, as I broke several during assembly. lol My only gripe is that some of the steps combine a little too much in one image and it is difficult to miss something, or the images are a little misleading about part placement. I had to slow down and really read the steps carefully to make sure I was doing things right. But I enjoyed the challenge, it makes the finished product feel more rewarding.I did have an issue where one of the boards was not manufactured well and the pieces were unusable. The vendor was quick to reply to my request for a new board, however it did ship from overseas so I had to put this project on pause while I waited for it. It arrived in perfect condition though, so I am very happy with their customer service overall.After all is said and done, the finished project is colorful and interactive. The light strings are a beautiful touch. It is sturdy and one of my favorites to this day. I absolutely recommend.

Le modèle est génial mais il y trop de détails à l'avant ont ne voie pas la boule descendre, il vaut tourner le modèle pour voir la boule faire son chemin. A part ça tout est parfait j'ai eu beaucoup de plaisirs à le faire et le manuel est facile à comprendre, bravo

As impressive as the technology that could manufacture such a precise and flawless set of pieces for this puzzle is the person or persons who have the capability to design it. I cannot be more impressed!!! I would recommend that when assembling each step, you make 100% sure that you are doing it correctly. I made a very simple mistake that cost me three hours at a later point to rectify (an ounce of prevention...). When extracting the pieces from the main board, many times other pieces come with it. I recommend making a pile for each board for the loose pieces. Lastly, take your time, make sure everything is pressed tightly together, and be organized. Assemble on a large surface so you have plenty of room. One more thing--use the wax.

Vraiment mignon, instruction très claire et agréable à construire. J’ai un peu de difficulté avec les engrenages pour le faire correctement fonctionner d’où le 4 etoiles.

This is my first time completing this type of puzzle and highly recommend it to anyone that is curious. The product is of great quality, has everything you need to assemble it, and instructions are easy to follow. I bought this for my boyfriend's grandson and he absolutely loves it! Fully functional and exactly what is described. You won't be disappointed!
