great battery with modern features
Really nice battery and charger. I love that it's a gen 2 battery. It auto-discharges, so you don't damage the battery in storage with a full charge, and it no longer requires the battery to have a separate charging/ballast cable. It kind of takes care of itself. Works nicely with a lot of RC aircraft. I haven't used it much, but the two flying sessions I had with it were great. Long life and more power than I needed. Pretty standard equipment, everybody uses these, and they're obviously well built. No surprises there. Def recommend.

Slow charger
Charger absolutely needs a high wattage charging brick otherwise it'll take the whole day to charge. But it does the job

3s and 4S news
This is a nice little charger and Battery for the carbon cub. But I wanted to expand so I bought a Timber evolution now I need a 4S battery and this will only charge 3s. So I would recommend if you ever want to go for it to buy it now 3s 4s whatever you're going to get into and get the charger you want right off the bat and happy flying.

Battery wasn’t any good
Bought this battery in nov 25, i charged it one time and then used it, Then tried to charge it several times with no luck with the cheap supplied charger. Had a buy a smart charger to realize it has 0 voltage. Only used in Arrma vehicles with low voltage cut off. Waste of money

Best Value Set For Beginners
These have been great! This battery runs my SCX10 for well over an hour! The G2 smart battery is perfect for me as I didn’t want to spend a fortune on a balance charger. The G2 battery balance charges, and will automatically discharge to 50% after 3 days of sitting(LiPo batteries need to be stored at 50%). So if you don’t want to spend a ton of money on a fancy balance charger, get the G2 series - it’s the perfect combo for beginners.Also - I store my LiPo battery in a LiPo safe bag, plus a metal ammo box.
