It works out in the end!) **SPECIAL SIDE NOTE: I've only ever used it w/ black tea leaves and spice in my special brew of Masala Chai. But Masala chai without cardamom??? No way! Combine the black tea leaves with (clove, nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, black peppercorns, and fennel seeds) spices, brew them w/ just boiling water, add hot, whisked/frothy milk of choice, and savor the perfection! I can't imagine ever drinking tea without it. 5 STARS!! **FYI... No matter how you "spice it" The Spice Way supplies every spice needed to brew the perfect Masala chai!

This is an Excellent product, at a surprisingly competitive price. I’m not able to do a lot of reviews but having just purchased The Spice Way’s Cardamom for the 16th time, it deserves a shout out. The quality is absolutely consistent. So far, my experience, it has never been out of stock. It is fresh, it’s aroma and ‘grind’ superb. Once I ran out of it. I thought I had an extra package in the cabinet but I did not. I tried a brand from my supermarket — it was a very pale beige color with a texture like talcum powder (yuk!). So I tried the Morton & Bassett brand from the supermarket: it was identical to The Spice Way’s quality in freshness, aroma, texture, flavor, etc., but at an exorbitant price! From this same vender I buy my Ajwain Seeds and they, too, are just superb at a very competitive price. It’s gladdening! 🌷

Just bought cardamom (of any sort) for the first time. I added it to my tea (matcha & black tea), and it was very nice. You need very little as it goes far. The flavor reminds me of Christmas cooking for many years ago. Yes, there is some grit because it is not completely water soluble, but that just means you should drink slowly at the end of the cup (easy).

Cardamom is an underrated spice! It is one of those spices that enhances the flavor of other foods. For example, a little cardamom in your blueberry pie makes the blueberry flavor pop! Cardamom also improves digestion, is anti-inflammatory, & is good for heart & circulation. I bought this larger size because I make my own garam masala spice mix, & this was much more economical than buying small bottles at the grocery store. This product smells so fresh & potent! And the flavor is magnificent! Go ahead & get yourself a bag!

This cardamom has a very nice flavor, but it does not dissolve in my coffee very well, which is why I ordered it. It came quickly and seems fresh.

What a fantastic product! The aroma is amazing, and great tasing. The color is bright and completely fresh; I use it in many of my cooking and baking. The pouch reseals perfectly; the price point is also excellent. The seller is spectacular, and customer service friendly. I highly recommend this product.
