Solid construction
A great addition to my workout. Solid construction. 2-inch weights fit well, no rattle. I have a bum wrist that has issues with flat bars. The vertical bar hammer curls are more comfortable and I can use more weight.

The expanders have a permanent piece of metal to allow tightening and removal…. those pieces can stab you… gotta be aware of that but great otherwise

It's 25 lb. of good quality steel. I bought the spring-type end locks for speed and simplicity from another vendor. Use this baby creatively and enjoy your sore muscles as much as me.
