Always sceptical about solar powered garden lights. Saw / heard of plenty that either don't provide a strong light, or stop working, or never worked in the first place. Maybe the low expectations made me super surprised... but these were a really pleasing purchase.All lights worked. They came on first night (even though it indicates they may take a couple of days to first charge up). Lovely effect that looks like flickering flames. Easy to put together. Please remember to switch them on inside (there is an on/off button).Just wish they came in silver as that would blend in with my garden better. But as sold, I have no complaints. Lovely effective lights. Solid purchase.Recommend.

Good value flickering torches. Not very attractive in daylight but excellent at night! The battery life could be longer, I.e. they only last about four hours in late September. However, excellent for the price.

These lights are great. They have been installed in our raised bedding for a good couple of weeks. They get full sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon, but still work great. I'm not sure how long they last for as I haven't tested them, but the orange glow from them in the evening gives a nice warm look. The flicker is lovely. The pattern you see on the front is not all the way round, so you can turn them to have a different effect. One of them didn't come on last night, but I moved it a bit and it came back on. Not sure if there is a dodgy one in the pack, but so far so good. Would recommend. I got 6 pack of them when they were just £17 so keep eye on them as sometimes there is a discount...

These are a visual delight to our garden, they brighten up even the dullest evenings!A great accessory at a great price, must get another set soon!

Love these. Light up brilliantly every night and look very effective. Chose the purple ones because they were on offer. Now my garden looks like a witch’s swamp. Awesome!

The lights look fantastic and work well straight out of the box, just set them up and forget them.Downside is that they are very flimsy, made of cheap plastic. The point where the spike inserts into the light, is very weak so be careful not to accidentally knock the light or it will snap here. Amazing for the price though, tempted to buy another set as a spare.
