On the site they said - 40 miles on single charge with 400 pounds load. No way, you're lucky if you can get 12 miles with 200 pounds person. I am 200 pounds and never make more than 10 miles. E wheels, technical support sent me a new set of batteries after two weeks of purchase and month later they did it again. NONE of them make more than 10 miles, if you'll use the lights is only 4-5 miles.Amazon don't want take it back for A-z guarantee , I'm stuck with 2000 dollars junk.Top Mobility which sale this scooter told me that I need to charge the batteries for 12 hours first two weeks and I burned the charger because when green light show charger stop working after 4-6 hours and the light is burning charger. All lie, Top Mobility, E Wheels and Amazon on top of it.NONE of this scooters is able to make 40 even 20 miles on single charge.I'm very unhappy with this item and Amazon, especially after saving the money to buy it for almost a year.Henryk S.
