Vibe S1 55″ Smart Board, Touchscreen Display, 4K UHD Interactive White Board, All-in-One Computer for Office and Classroom with Chrome OS & Open App Ecosystem (Board Only)

Wow! My Vibe Smart Board is absolutely perfect in every way. I don't think I'd change a thing. It was easy to set up, and it's easy to use! I use it daily in my virtual training classes.

Vibe changed the casting technology after only a few years and it was missing valuable features. In addition, the older boards did not last five years before the OS could not be updated and the screens began to fail (discoloration, no boot, pixel failure, etc). We're unable to review our models from 2021 because they're discontinued, so this review will hopefully serve as a warning to future customers. We will not be buying replacements. Vibe has not built a durable product, despite pricing it as such. Planned obsolescence for an expensive piece of technology, largely used by schools and nonprofits is not a trustworthy business practice. Do not invest in their products.

The only thing that would make it better would be to include the stand in the price. I love how I can very easily connect from any device, send a link or file, and interact with it. Bought this for my husband but I love using it myself.

We brought this for homeschooling let's just say our babies are Happy with their new upgrade.

I needed a smartboard for my home office, so started with buying this. First surprise was that they sell different versions in amazon and in their website. When I ordered a webcam from their website they told that the webcam is compatible with the one they sell directly (perhaps they are selling an old version in amazon). I then returned this item and bought one from their website (with webcam). After using several weeks here are the plus sides. * This is only lightweight android/chrome os smartboard in the market (Surface hub may be comparable but it is too expensive). There are some chinese variants but those seems to be very heavy and cheap looking. * Majority of the chrome and android apps work, so this can be a great addition to your home office. And here are the negatives * It is too expensive. * The webcam is quite poor with very bad picture quality (compared this with other webcams that I have with my computer). * Their webcam is not compatible with many variants they sell. That is a bad sign. They don't care about backward compatibility. I am assuming that this product can become obsolete in a few years.

Whatever you do, do not buy the 55" standard! Make sure you buy the S1. They both look the same and it may seem like your saving $1000 but the speed, picture quality and all around the S1 is a lot better. However, it is supposed to have a web cam because its the "all in one" but it does not. Therefore, I can not give it 5-stars........maybe if my camera gets sent to me then I can change my review!

Stylus is a dud. Be careful

"We love using Vibe Boards at our school. They are very user friendly and even our students are becoming experts. We just finished outfitting our early child hood classrooms with Vibe Boards last week, and had a parent volunteer to make a step so our younger students can use them as well. The camera has a wide angle lens that most recently allowed us to have a successful interview with an out of town candidate. They could see and hear everyone on the panel clearly."

J’ai un problème avec le Micro de Vibe qui ne fonctionne pas. Mes auditeurs n’entendent rien. Je suis en communication e-mail avec la maison mère de Vibe; qui à part me tourner en rond à me poser des questions , à me demander des preuves d’achats, des photos du board vibe devant, derrière; à me dire que l’appareil n’est pas enregistré; alors que l’appareil lui même signalé la date d’enregistrement. Photos après photos ce n’est jamais assez, et jusqu’à présent, je n’ai eu aucune aide pratique ou réponse à ma question. Il focalise leur attention à infantiliser la question au lieu de répondre au problème technique. Je leur envoie encore des photos du tableau de bord et si je n’ai pas de réponse; je m’adresserais à Amazon (donc vous) pour retourner l’appareil et me garantir un appareil qui fonctionne. C’est pour cette raison que j’ai payé ce prix; c’est pour professionnellement être le plus efficient possible dans mes présentations. Par ailleurs vibe est un Chromebook, qui ne fonctionne pas avec toutes les applications et présente des incompatibilités non expliquées au départ de la présentation de leur produit. Assez étonnant à ce niveau de prix. Voilà en bref les dessous auxquje suis confrontés.

We have had our VIBE board for a few months now and are really just getting to figure out everything that is possible with it. What is truly remarkable is the support this company gives to its customers. We have had an onboarding session with Ruth which was very helpful and any time we have reached out with any question we are supported quickly and more than I would ever expect in today's world. If you are thinking about a smartboard I would look no further. This company is doing absolutely everything right.
