Does this battery come with the pictured plug adapters?

Yes,the adapters come witb the battery. I ordered two of the batteries and got two sets of adapters.

According to the Amazon product page, the HRB 4S 3300mah battery should be charged between 0.5 C and 1.0 C. So that means the maximum charge rate is 3.3 Amps. Most LiPo experts say charging at more than 1 C rate risks overheating and shortening the life of your battery.

Is the charger sold separately?

Batteries rarely come with chargers unless you find a package deal. In those cases the charger may be of limited use for other batteries.

how long will this battery work on a wl toys 124017 v2?

It depends on the wattage of the toy in question. This battery has 3300 mAh of capacity. For flying a large model airplane, this ends up being 5-6 minutes.
