problems with shipping, but they refunded part of it to make up for it.
The product was great, the only issue was that I specified delivery to our home as this is a large item and was infirmed at the time. The delivery went to a post office 8km away and we had to pick it up ourselves, but when reaching out regarding that, the seller apologized profusely and provided a partial refund to accommodate me. Would and will buy again.

Absolutely love this food!
I worked in a petsmart store and tried multiple different koi foods. This pellet is by far the best. I’m on my second pail and my fish jump right out of the water for it! They have tripled their sizes as well. I’m sold!
