I purchased the Biosilk whitening dog shampoo for my Maltese furbaby because other hair whitening shampoos I’ve tried in the past just didn’t produce the pure white silky hair that I wanted but this one has exceeded my expectations. It keeps her hair bright white and helps diminish tear stains while giving it a deep conditioning. Because Maltese dogs have hair that grows similarly to human hair rather than fur, their coats and hair are considerably more delicate and susceptible to damage. Therefore, selecting the appropriate hair care products for them requires careful consideration. After using this product for the first time there was a definite improvement and after just a few weeks the yellow tinge had disappeared. It smells great with no overpowering scent and leaves her hair soft and silky to the touch. She feels like a cashmere sweater. Like other whitening shampoos for dogs, it has a rich dark purple color. It is creamy, lathers well and leaves no residue behind. She is allergic to certain skincare products that make her itch, but this one hasn’t caused any problems. It’s PH balanced and safe to use with other topical applications. Her hair is stronger and fluffier and there’s not as much breakage when brushing. This shampoo works well for white dogs and at just $8.93 a bottle offers excellent value for pet owners. The 12-ounce container offers cost efficiency and extended durability. The ergonomic bottle is easy to hold and dispense the shampoo. After her mobile groomer used this product she has started recommending it to all of her clients with white pets. It keeps my girl looking polished and picture perfect for her holiday pictures. She attracts attention wherever we go and people always comment I’ve never seen such a white dog or how do you keep her so white. I never hesitate to tell them about this wonderful product. After reading many positive reviews and comparing products like this one I am very pleased with this purchase. The product exceeded my expectations in terms of quality. I wish that I had a before picture of how dirty and gross my dog looked before using this shampoo. He had gone camping with us a few times this summer, so just picture him rolling around in everything! I was not expecting him to be so bright white after just one use! I did let it sit on his hair for about 3-5 minutes before I rinsed it off just to make sure that I was letting it soak into his fur. It left his hair soft and shiny! The smell is great! It smells just like the human Biosilk. Super easy to use and he coarse, curly hair brushed right out with ease after he was dry.

This shampoo really helped whiten the fur on my dog's paws, since he used to step in his own urine. I recommend it; it has a neutral scent.

While it’s a great product, smells delicious, and leaves my dogs fur soft… as far as keeping his fur white, I have used other shampoos that seemed to make his fur brighter. So for that reason only I gave 4 stars.

Used on our white Goldendoodle and love the way it lathered up and the fragrance is very nice. It whitened his coat and made it look so clean.

This is a vivid purple shampoo that will get your dog very white. I dilute it in about a cup of water before applying it to my completely wet dog to avoid her fur becoming stained instead of whitened.And just like every other bio silk product this shampoo has a very nice fragrance.

Smells so good! Never used whitening shampoo so the purple shocked me but was really pretty color! Worked great for my Malti-Poo and left her hair soft!

Ein super Hundeshampoo für unseren Malteser. Er hatte sofort nach der Anwendung ein weiseres Fell, welches sich auch leichter kämmen ließ. Ein sehr hochwertiges Produkt was seinen Preis wert ist.

You do really have to squeeze the bottle hard to get the shampoo out however first thing I noticed was a lovely scent, not overpowering but more like a people’s shampoo than a dog shampoo. Dark purple in colour so you just know it’s going to help whiten the coat. Shampoos and lathers well. No skin sensitivity and does not leave a not very pleasant smell whilst the dog is drying which I have often found to be the case on past dog shampoos. A bit more pricey than others but I’ll be ordering again

I have a dog with allergies that have sensitive skin. I tried every other shampoo out there and they would cause him to get irritated and smell bad within a couple of days. I finally purchased the BioSilk shampoo for dogs and never looked back. The shampoo is gentle, rinses out easily, moisturizes dogs’ skin, and causes no irritations. Moreover, it lasts an exceptionally long time, as you need only a little bit for bath. Keep in mind that I have two large dogs and the shampoo last me long time. This is my go-to product to care for my dogs.

My dog is once again white after using this and smells lovely.
