These get SO COLD. They’re nice as an ice pack as well because you don’t have to get a sleeve for it, you can put it on your skin as is.

Close your eyes and buy. This is the best item I have ever bought. It is so convenient so practical and so exact for any kind of pain and suffering. It completely engulfs the whole area, especially like the arm or the elbow. I had surgery on my elbow and I also had severe tendinitis. Wrapping ice in a bag and then trying to hold it down is so inconvenient and it doesn’t even get the whole area. This is absolutely perfect. By the way, the quality is also amazing.
