buy it is useful and you will get a good audio.
The media could not be loaded. Before I bought this converter I had already bought a bluetooth audio converter to transmit to my speaker but it had a lot of interference and a very low sound, now with this converter I have a very good audio. The manufacturer offers good service and fast attention, the product includes power wire and manual, I have just received the converter and in the first tests after configuring the optical audio output, I connected a speaker using the 3.5mm cable that comes included and offers an acceptable sound also allows to modulate the volume from the device and at the same time opt for a higher sound from the speaker, it is useful that you can regulate the audio from the converter and at the same time turn up the speaker volume to, my second test was done with two different types of headphones with 3.5mm input and the sound is much lower compared to the speaker however it is an acceptable volume without disturbing the ears, there is not much difference in sound between one or the other type of earphone, it offers an immersive sound, it does not present delay, when turning up to the maximum the volume produces a little gray sound that is almost imperceptible while playing any audio. In my opinion it has good sound quality, for the price it is an excellent product. In summary I recommend buying this converter.

Does the job, brings the bass.
Second day and everything seems great. It puts out great bass and sounds good. I use it on my PS4 to convert it to 3.5mm jack for Harmon Kardon Soundsticks III speakers that I use, which has the bass adjustment knob on the subwoofer which is perfect for finding the right amount of rumble you want for games/movies in combination with this adapter which already brings the whole sound spectrum. Headphones sound good too and retain bass, so I don’t think this adapter loses any audio signal that I can notice. All I had to do was plug it in, and make sure the PS4 was on PCM sound (default) and make the default audio output device Optical instead of HDMI.The optical cable, usb cable, and wall adapter were included. It plugs right in and I use the back USB port on the PS4 for power. The PS4 doesn’t have a master volume control so the volume knob on this is very handy. It doesn’t seem to run hot, so hopefully it lasts and I will update if it fails. The only thing more I’d want is an included sticky pad to stick this thing down and secure it.I’ve learned I cant trust the HDMI cable for sound because monitors/TVs sometimes use subpar audio hardware, and plugging your headphones/speakers to the monitor lost a lot of bass in my case. On the other hand, optical ports should always be high quality, otherwise why would this tech exist for consumers? Well worth it if you want quality audio to your speakers without some screen as a middleman butchering the audio signal.

Works great..........AFTER I HAD TO FIND A NEW POWER CORD for the converter!
I wanted to get a converter that would allow me to amplify the sound coming from the TV to my headphones and thought that this would do the job since it had a volume control on the converter and the description said that it would. When I set it up the volume control did increase the volume but only until the knob was turned to a quarter of the way. Setting the knob any higher had no effect on volume. I did respond to the seller and they suggested that I try another power cord other than the one that had come with the converter. I eventually found the cord to an older Kindle Fire and tried that....and it worked! So now the volume control works fine and I can get a good signal to my headphones.Customer service was very helpful and the suggested fix worked.........and they did provide a partial refund to my purchase price.HOWEVER, they were so quick to identify the problem that it led me to believe that they were aware of the problem before I contacted them, leading me to wonder: "if they were aware that the power cord wasn't adequate, why wasn't the problem resolved before continuing to sell the item?" Perhaps this issue has been taken care of with a new addition?????? Just a word to the wise!

Easy setup, great sound.
My TV had run out of RCA Audio Out connections and I needed to be able to send sound to a pair of Sennheiser HDR120 wireless headphones.I had never used a toslink digital optical audio connection before, but I had an available digital optical output connection on the TV and decided to give it a try. (I had also ordered a 6-foot Amazon digital optical audio toslink cable for 5 dollars. Make sure you take the plastic shields off the ends of the toslink cable!!!) Installation of the ESYNIC digital to analog converter was very straightforward. I went into Settings-->Sound on the TV and made sure that PCM was selected. I attached the Sennheiser RCA-in cables to the ESYNIC digital to analog converter RCA-out connectors without difficulty. As expected, I needed to adjust the settings on the Sennheiser base unit a bit to optimize the connection. This tinkering took about 5 minutes. The results were spectacular. A-B comparison of the headphones sound to the sound coming from the TV speakers showed the headphones sound to be remarkably more clear, musical and lifelike. This was money well spent.Addendum: 2018 0830. The DAC Converter from ESYNIC continues its stellar performance at both locations in my house. Well done!

That is works as expected with no delays
Quality of package looks and feels good. HOWEVER performance was NOT! If you just was to use optical for music and not video, it was be fine BUT the delay between the voice and video is awful! Do not but if you plan to use it for your TV.
