What makes this for women? As a man, I'm liking some of the colors, but if there's something that makes it more for women, can you let me know?

Nothing makes it gender specific. It is brighter in color than pictured and my guess is they call it a "women's" backpack because it's teal? It should be gender-neutral. Great backpack.

What is the difference between “One size” and “15”?

There is no difference this backpack is fitting 15'' laptop but since this model only come in one version do they call it one size

Is the fabric water repellent or just resistant?

The exterior fabric has a durable water-repellant finish, but is not 100% waterproof. Moisture can still enter the pack around the stitching and through the zippers. We recommend placing sensitive items in a drybag or drybox before placing them in the pack.

How much this bag actually weighs alone?

Not too heavy at all. I don’t have a scale.
