This product a diet supplement,Actually it's a really useful productHelpful for fast recovery of pain (myalgia) of post workout.It's best served immediately after the workout. Good product at an ingredient level: You get what is shown on the label. It was an original product, had no issues with authenticity. The only thing that bothers me about it is the flavour. I bought the fruit punch flavour and it sucks major @$$. I've had this issue with their other product "amino charge" as well. Wasn't expecting it to repeat or spill on to other products as well. I think it's an issue with all their other products except the protein. So I recommend you to buy the unflavoured version if you're thinking of buying it.
