Great product! Soft, and is great non skid mat

This mat seems to be good quality, however it is way too small for my space. I was only able to use it for about a week before I dropped deodorant on it which stained it. I was pretty disappointed as I spent $12 on it. I ended up giving it to my cat to lay on, but unfortunately, she's been chewing on it. When I had guests over, they were making fun of it because it was too small. Maybe it was a sign that I needed to get rid of it. Who knows. I wasn't super impressed with it or anything, I was happy to have a bath mat. That's about it. It had a noticeable crease because it was folded when I received it. That ended up falling out after the first couple uses. It's fairly soft, I suppose. I mean it's not like a cloud or anything. You can still feel the floor underneath it. I wouldn't want an 8x10 rug that's this material. But for $12, it's fair. It didn't smell or anything when I received it. It smelled like deodorant after I dropped the deodorant on it. That's to be expected. I have really bad nightmares and sometimes I jolt up out of bed and run into the bathroom, I will say it has kept me from slipping on the tile. I think it lives up to the Gorilla Grip name as far as that goes. I have slipped on the tile before and it's not a pretty picture. I keep going back and forth with myself about if it's worth $12, I don't truly think it is. It's nice, don't get me wrong. But I wouldn't be shocked if I saw it in your house and you told me that it came from the Dollar Tree. You know what I mean. I have brand loyalty with Gorilla Grip and it has more pros than cons. I recommend just double checking the measurements before you buy and not dropping deodorant on it. As far as my official recommendation, that's on a person by person basis.

"Gorilla grip" is a poor naming choice given that it slides around pretty easily on the bathroom floor. Worst bath mat I've ever bought. Very easy to slip and fall.
