I absolutely enjoy taking these . I was a bit scared due to the caffeine in these . But they really have helped keep me focused and I seem to enjoy doing more activities than before I am down 15lbs due to the energy it gives me . I am also in school and they have seemed to help with focusing on my work . They smell a little weird but you get used to it as far as taste as long and you swallow them quickly, no taste to them .

So Far so Good!
I started taking these vitamins on Dec 21st. The first day you will feel nauseous and maybe diarrhea or constipation. The first day I vomit and felt horrible which is a possible side effect. It all depends on your body and how the vitamins react. If the side effects last more than 7 days I would stop taking them but I felt better after day 1! Hope this helps!
