Review: Ridiculously helpful - no more jumble! - I adore this Ninja Possible Cooker! It has completely replaced the usual jumble of pots and pans that used to occupy several cabinets. Like all Ninja products I've tried, it's well-made and also intuitive, very easy to use in place of a variety of cooking methods. Paired with our Ninja air fryer, it's really all that's needed for daily meal cooking and prep. I rarely use the stove-top, oven, or microwave anymore now I have this. Sized for 1 to the whole family - The Foodi is large enough to cook a full Sunday roast dinner that will feed an average family, but it can also be used to create dishes perfect for 1-2 people. Use it slow-cooker mode for 8-12 servings of homemade soups and stews, or craft a large loaf of bread using the proofing and baking settings. Fast Heating and cooking - The Ninja PossibleCooker heats up much faster than a standard burner or oven, and is able to sustain that heat as long as it takes to cook your meal to perfection. It takes between 50%-75% of the usual time until is food is ready, meaning hungry kids and guests can tuck in all the quicker. Just wipe down the inner pot once cool and wash it with hot soapy water. So far I haven't had any issues with baked on items, so haven't needed to scrub. I don't use the dishwasher for this but I believe it is dishwasher safe. The outer unit stays pretty clean but can be wiped down with a damp cloth if needed. No Leaks - The unit hasn't leaked for me and seems very reliable. Easy Customization and Replacement Parts - Something I've really appreciated is the option to customize the Foodi with different accessories. There are many add-ons to help you better develop the recipes you like best. Finding replacement parts is also very easy and they are reasonably priced. Note: I've used the included spoon as well as silicone and wooden utensils and had no issues. I wouldn't recommend metal or sharp-edged spoons or spatulas with this.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: I'm used to using crock bags to make clean up easier. Can I use those in this unit?**
A: I think the bags will fit, but you really will not need them at all.  The nonstick is so good it takes no more than 1 minute, at the most, to clean this crock pot and no loss of food in a bag.

**Q: Can you make a turkey in this?**
A: Just curious for anyone who has...why wouldn't you make a turkey in it?! Trying to figure out if I can use this.

**Q: How does the sous vide work ?**
A: I have a different type of sous vide.  Not sure if you’re familiar with them or not. You would put your meat in a zip loc bag and add it to the pot and cover with water and it will cook to whatever temperature you want. I cook steaks to 130° and the. Do a quick sear in butter and it’s a perfect tender medium rare. It holds the temp and doesn’t keep cooking.

**Q: How is it different from the previous model? Is it bigger?**
A: It is bigger than our previous ninja. Has a few more features too.

I not only would give this five stars, but I would give this slow cooker 10 ❤️. Cooks beautifully and evenly. You can lift the pot out of the base. It’s wide, low shape makes easier stirring, browning, less digging around. Nonstick surface is easier cleanup and no charred food on the bottom. I’ve had a few different kind of crockpots in my life, but this is by far the superior choice.
