Not sealed.
This is the second bottle I have thrown away. Both bottles came with no protective wrapper and no sealed top. Arrived in a bubble mailer.I didn’t even open, no way we are using baby lotion that was not sealed! Amazon was very good to credit my account, but I am sad because I search long and hard on ingredients lists for certain things.Was excited to have found this, off brand that I hoped was going to work for us.Sorry Amazon, I have had very few failures!
