This is not a 5 min assembly process.
Great product but it will take a few minutes to install. The instructions will get you there but just.

Sent back because always type needed to be assembled and glued for reinforcement. I bought it as a gift and didn't want to put somebody through that

Don't buy this until it gets updated.
It works but the assembly leaves much to be desired. The instructions did not match the numbers printed on the wooden sheets so you have to figure out what you need by looking at each sheet carefully and not following what the instructions say but rather what the instructions are showing you in the images. Another issue is that this is not technically compatible with the latest revision of the expansions. The new strongholds fit but not perfectly. This also has a slot for the coat of arms, which is not part of the latest expansion revision so that tray is useless. This also means it doesn't have a slot for the trading post tiles so I just used the tray for the city tikes.
