I don't know how to answer this other than to say that I use mine daily and it has lasted me several months and there's still plenty left. It is a beautiful deep, rich plum color and it lasts. I also like that it is retractable and I don't need to sharpen it. Good value. I will buy more. **Q: Does this leave marks on your eyelid by the end of the day?** A: I put the liner BELOW by eyes, and it did not leave a mark on my lid. I LOVE this product! **Q: Is this a Pencil eyeliner? or liquid?** A: Not liquid. It's a retractable eyeliner. It has a creamy consistency and lasts all day long. I am happy with this product. **Q: Is this pencil soft ? can I scumble with the small brush ? thanks** A: Yes, it is definitely soft. It doesn't apply as smoothly as I would prefer, but as long as you don't press too hard, it works fine. You could always take a small brush and smooth it out. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Goes on smoothly and lasts *by S***A on 20 July 2026* Best on the market lovely and smooth, lasts a long time. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ lasts and lovely texture. *by R***S on 11 March 2023* I would have given this 5 stars but it snapped when i tried to apply it. the stick is very soft so only wind up a tiny amount, but the colour is saturated and has staying power. I would buy again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lovely retractable eyeliner *by C***Y on 11 December 2025* I like this because it’s retractable - much better than having to sharpen! Palladio is my go-to brand of eyeliner. I have this item in a few colours. I like the brand because it’s very easy to apply (glides on well) and stays on pretty well. I usually wear the olive version but time I tried the plum - very nice colour which isn’t as harsh as black. Definitely recommend. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/456737364-palladio-retractable-waterproof-eyeliner-black-brown](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/456737364-palladio-retractable-waterproof-eyeliner-black-brown) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-10*
