This is the 2nd book of Yasmin Mugahed I have read. I read this book when I was going thru a low and dark phase of my life and it changed my perspective and my heart. Highly recommanded.

I read her other book reclaim your heart. She’s amazing. Her books can be read over and over, just as reminders.

I read Reclaim Your Heart last year and I just read Love & Happiness in one sitting. I needed this. I'm going through a broken heart situation and I've been praying and this book felt like it was speaking directly to me and my situation. It brings about a sense of calm & understanding in me and I love this feeling
