Great tool, 1 star ratings are for a different version!
I have the stainless knife version. I love it. It’s very well balanced and fits my large hands very well. It just feels RIGHT in my hand. Of course, no rust, ever. A couple of reviewers gave one star ratings. If you look at their review you will see they have the carbon steel version. They are completely different tools. Amazon should put those reviews with the correct item. This is confusing and unfair to this great tool.Carbon steel ones work fine but they easily rust.

Slightly disappointed, but my fault.
Not quite as comfortable in the hand as the black handled one they make but I ordered the wrong one on accident. It will get used and is still better then most brands I’ve used in the past and will be ordering the black handled one soon. My only suggestion is to definitely get the stainless steal but people that use them regularly already know what they like.
