What is the adjustable cord that hangs under the net for?

To hook under the console cover. Open console, strap cords under it, tighten cords, close console cover.

Dose it fit with Tahoe ?

Not sure, I don't have a Tahoe any longer. It fits a 2018 Chevy Silverado okay, it has some gaps on the sides but does fit. And they should be the same. If it doesn't fit the way you want it too, you could always send it back.

What does the cord fastener fasten to?

The cord fastener (if what I think you are talking) about goes into the center console. You lift the lid, and but that part over the arm rest and then tighten it and close the lid. Don't know why people keep mentioning the carabiner. That is different than a cord.

Can I get an organizer that straps between the seats that is not mesh?

I am very sorry, we don't have such a product.
