Jerome RussellBblonde Maximum Colour Toner, Platinum Blonde

This tone of works while on my bleached hair. The toner is easy to apply with no problems.The instructions are very clear and allows you to do a skin patch test before you use. This needs to be done so you do not have a reaction if you put the whole product on your hair. The toner itself is purple as with some purple shampoos. I left on for a little bit less of recommended time but it's still provided a nice blonde tone to my hair.I would definitely buy again and I like using it in between visits to the hairdressers. The bottle is small but a little goes a long way and it covered my medium length hair well.

For years I've been trying to achieve a nice silver blonde and finally found this toner. My natural hair colour is a salt and pepper grey with yellow in it (not a good look) so I bleach my hair blonde and was then using Opalex silver toner to help take away the yellow and add a silver look. This was very hit and miss and mostlyleftmy hair purple. So I read the reviews on this toner which said best used on bleached hair. I was terrified but followed the instructions and am so glad I did! I bleached my hair, washed it with a clarifying shampoo, then put on this toner. I heated it with my hair dryer for probably only 3mins then left it wrapped in clingfilm for 30mins and the pic is the result 👌 No purple, just a lovely hint of silver, perfect! I've just bought 4 more packs ready for when I next need to use it.

Excellent stuff. Used 2 boxes on hair highlighted at home. Great stuff, hair feels soft and in great condition. Highly recommended

I have highlighted my hair so many times and had no problems at all in the past , however this last time I bodged it and It was very brassy . So I bought Jerome Russell’s pearl blonde toner. It was fairly straight forward to use and not too messyI could have left it on my hair for 30 mins , but went for the minimal time of ten minutes ,I still have a smidge of yellow but definitely better than before I used the toner . This should apparently last for eight washes , after that I will try again or maybe try a silver or platinum colour.

Iam 70 years old and have very light blonde/grey hair, I bought this is the ash as I wanted to tone my hair down. After wearing a duty free bag on my head for an hour,there was not a slight bit of change to the colour of my hair.I have given this a 3 star because it did leave my hair very soft and shiny

This is better than the toners used in hair salons. Makes blonde hair go the colour on the packet. And highlights really stand out. Long lasting.

This didn't work on my hair at all. I had stripped my hair colour which left me with a brassy dark blond colour so I used this u used 2 boxes did exactly what was said on the box but it made no difference at all to my hair
