This is a great knife easy to hold and the craftsmanship is beautiful

When i received this knife, out the box it was amazing, really sharp and a joy to work with. However it very quickly lost its edge with not a really heavy hand which was disappointing. it will now live in the drawer until i can learn to sharpen knifes on whetstones or pay someone to sharpen it
