Can I adjust the air vent with this mount on?

No, once this phone mount has been installed on an air vent, the air vent cannot be adjusted. To adjust the air vent, remove the phone mount, adjust vent, and then reinstall.

How do I ensure a fully stable mount?

Position the mount arms on the frame around the vent and not on the vent itself and make sure the hook is tightly latched onto the back of a suitable air vent blade.

If I’m driving on very bumpy roads, will my phone fall off?

No. With a magnetic strength of 2,300 g, this phone mount will hold your phone securely over even the bumpiest roads.

Will this phone mount wirelessly charge my phone?

No, the ESR HaloLock Magnetic Car Mount does not support wireless charging. However, it has a built-in cable holder, which lets you keep your charging cable easily accessible at all times.
