High SierraRolling, Space Black, 21"

I purchased this bag for a 9 day trip to Costa Rica. It has a lot of space. It was easy to transport throughout my whole trip. I also liked that it has a lot of pockets. I will be using it again for another trip I am taking. This was a great option to use instead of a carry on. I also liked that I could turn it to a back bag when it was necessary.

Great quality product. Convenient size. Light weight. Great for carry on for airlines.

Purchased at the 11th Hour with another bag ready with my contents in it. My problem-solver daughter suggested a rolling backpack for our trip to Europe, and I’m glad I ordered it and switched my contents over. Everything fit in it wonderfully and am writing this review from the airport. I’ve already have had to use the backpack straps and then converted to the roller as needed. So far so good. Well made!And quick delivery!

I love how light weight this backpack is. There is plenty of room and it's well made. I would recommend this backpack.

One of the strap broke 4 months after purchasing the backpack for my kid.While this is not a good sign of product quality, contacting High Sierra for a replacement strap has been a disaster.First, they don't have replacement parts for that item (and don't know when they will)!Then, as part of their warranty, they only offer replacement of the whole backpack... but only after evaluation from their technician.I need to bring - at my cost - the item to one of their store or repair center. Then they will evaluate and eventually ship me a new backpack a few weeks later.In the meantime time, I guess my kid will have to go to school with their books and stuff in a garbage bag ! no backpack to carry their stuff!Definitely a bad experience and a pretty poor customer service.For a Samsonite subsidiary, and the price tag, I'm deeply disappointed and will definitely not buy again from that brand.

the Powerglide from High Sierra is more durable AND the U-shaped telescoping handle is infinitely better for stacking a smaller bag on top when wheeling through airports. if you don't need this feature, you can save a little $ with the FreeWheel model here, but also bear in mind its not quite as sturdy as the PowerGlide. Oh, the FreeWheel is lighter however!.. which might be a big deal if faced with paying baggage overage charges!

Le plus grand volume qui passe en cabine. Roule bien. Sans multi poches inutiles et gênantes..

Modèle correct, mais qui pourrait être amélioré. La fente pour l'ordinateur portable est dans la poche du milieu, alors quand je veux ouvrir le compartiment principal, le rabat s'affaisse sous le poids de l'ordinateur, alors ça prends toujours deux mains, une pour tenir le rabat ouvert et l'autre pour ranger ou sortir mes affaires. Aussi il y a une poche sur le côté pour mettre une bouteille, mais elle est peu profonde et la poche est en diagonale, j'ai perdu une bouteille, et depuis je ne l'utilise plus. La solidité est correcte et les roues sont silencieuses. Je ne rachèterais pas ce modèle.

I really wish they made the larger size I bought 20 years ago - it was stolen last year! @#$% it's OK but not as sturdy or fabric strength I was hoping for. Excellent overnight or day use bag - I like the way it stands up & zips up over a regular suitcase- I never used the back pack feature on either but could see it being useful- wish they would remake the bigger older model
