i have an IUD and am also in perimenopause, my hormones are all over the place. i specifically started taking these to help control my estrogen levels because i would get really bad acne near my period. my face started clearing up within days of starting to take this, its not perfect and i still get some acne and ive gotten one or two impacted pimples, but it is WAY better than it was. ive been taking it for 3 months now and my first period was heavier than normal (but still light comparatively), the second was a bit heavier with more cramping (still light comparatively) and then this third one is back to pre supplement levels (almost non existent). I havent really noticed any other symptoms from taking this. i take one pill after lunch and i try to eat something with a healthy fat before i take it, i think i read that they bind to fat as it travels through the body. oh yes, it does change the color of your urine, when i wake up in the morning my pee is bright pinkish-orange, i was not aware of that side effect lol
