Was perfect for making paella on a beach vacation. This saves you so much time and energy. Making paella from scratch is very time consuming. The folks who make this paella broth have done all of the hard work, using all of the meats, vegetables, aromatics, and cooking them for two hours. This is not your typical light broth. It’s a heavy broth that contains all of the ingredients. It includes the saffron as well so you don’t have to buy it separately. The flavor was fantastic.
