I would size up. It's a cute costume but pretty cheaply made, so it runs small. Hope this helps.

I fit into a size small at 98lbs and 5’3. I’m now 125lbs and I can still fit into it but wish I went with the medium. I’m a mom of two and I wore this for my sons first Halloween five years ago.

Wings are separate from the dress, they have elastic straps that go over your shoulders. That picture shows the correct shade of green. I was very happy with this costume last year!
