Only been taking these tablets for 3 weeks! They are honestly amazing, they have helped balance my hormones, Pms, hormonal acne on face and back! :)

Have opted to have this supplement as a subscribe and save option as it is so good. It has helped extensively with perimenopause symptoms and the product packaging gives confidence of the quality. The only point to note is the capsule may be a little large for some, but I take it with a glass of cold water and have had no issues.I would recommend this to family and friends.

They help improve my skin, they are very big for me and it's not easy to swall. I will be very happy if they will have smaller capsules.

I bought these as I am vegan and they came in a cardboard box. I was very disappointed to discover that they come in individual blister packs made from plastic that cannot be recycled in my area. They product itself is fine, has helped a bit with my PMT. Unfortunately I won’t buy it again due to the excess packaging.
