Just a chime. Great headphones, though!

There is nothing that needs to be done to turn on the microphone. There are two possibilities, 1. you have a faulty headphone or 2. the plug you are plugging the headset into is for a headphone and not for microphone Check the headset with another device to confirm.

Q: I love these earbuds. I have 2 pair because one just stopped working. Do they take a battery somewhere and I just can’t find it?

No disposable battery for this unit. These earbuds recharge through a port on the side of the controls. The cover to the port is small, and kind of tricky to open. You should have received a USB charging cable with the buds.

Q: Can this Connect to two or more devices at the same time?

Yes. I discovered I can connect to my iPhone and MacBook simultaneously.
