Pllieay 10-in-1 Cross Stitch Beginner Kit for Kids, Embroidery Kit

My daughter loves to cross stitch and these have been easy for her. Good quality and amount for the value and size.

The kit was purchased to teach a 7 yr old needlepoint. We did not get to a pattern yet but it is great for the basics. My one complaint is that the needles are plastic and flimsy-they bend.

Great intro to sewing/ cross stitch for kids. Helps with fine motor skills and following directions. I wish the needles were so flimsy though.

No pattern on grids this is a ripoff

Bought these for almost 8 yr old granddaughter for her great grandmother to teach her how to do counter cross stitch. The main idea of the materials was a good idea. However the needles are very cheap plastic and even bend making it difficult for a child to pull through the plastic with the yarn provided. The yarn is also a little too thick and that makes it difficult to thread the needle. My daughter learned how to do counted cross stitch from this grandmother. Back in her day, the needles were a non flexible plastic needle. The yarn wasn’t this thick. The pattern was also printed on the plastic for a young child it made learning where to put the needle with correct color easier. Once she count on she was able to do the cross stitch. The great grandma happen to have a large regular cross stitch needle, which helped with the yarn. They choose to do the heart pattern and decided to make it one color for her first time. Lots of ways to improve on this kit! I think it’s a bit frustrating.

These were a huge hit during enrichment time in my second grade classroom. And we realized a side benefit is the fact that they are strengthening their finger and muscles and improving their hand eye coordination which transferred then into helping them sustain writing. Complete side effect, but actually turned out really well. The students loved making their own bookmarks. I cut down the little grids so they were manageable size for small fingers and they went to work.

Great gift love it really nice easy yarn did not break

This has been an amazing craft for both our 4 year old and 10 year old. So easy to use and a great set of supplies with many colors and multiple needles. Easy directions and a great priced craft.

One of my granddaughters has shown interest in sewing and knitting her grandmother sat her down and showed her how to do both of them,she picked it up very quickly and was quite good at it sow we decided to buy her the set for Christmas. The set is very nice and we cannot wait for Christmas Day 👍

Regalo per la mia nipotina, che ha molto apprezzato! Anche se ormai tutta ruota intorno alla tecnologia ho voluto tentare questo regalo per fare capire che esistono anche altri hobby, sicuramente più istruttivi e che ti insegnano ad avere un po di manualità che non guasta mai, e devo dire che anche se ha 9 anni era entusiasta ed ha gratito tantissimo! Ha anche gia finito il suo primo schema! Grazie amazon! Perché in giro queste cose non esistono piu!!
