This stuff really helps. It keeps my left hand from hurting from having too much ferritin in my system. This helped faster than anything I’ve tried.

The capsules are sealed and there’s not a lot of leftover dust on the outside. No off smells or flavors. As far as do they work, the difference is at best subtle. The only thing I notice for sure is my hair has darkened somewhat since I started taking these.

Good supplement to take.

I take this supplement for my liver. Unlike glutathione, it does not upset my stomach. I credit this supplement with bringing my liver enzymes back in normal range after daily use for 4 months. Now I continue taking it because I have NASH. I will continue until I can't afford it.

I am 78 years old. I have been taking in NAC and glycine for four months. They seem to be working for me. My skin is smoother and my mood is better. I also have more energy. I take 3 g of each. I saw where NACET was stronger and got to the brain and eyes better, so I switched to this product. It seems to help my eyes. I take one pill 30 minutes before breakfast and another at night 30 minutes before supper. I also, add a little glycine in one of my cups of coffee in the morning to sweeten it. Also, it doesn’t have the sulfur smell that regular NAC does.

May be it works, maybe it doesn’t. I did see any benefits.
