I use my kettle to warm up the water and it's kept hot for hours. I originally bought it for cramps but I've since been in a car accident and its helped with my sore muscles also. I'll wear it around my hips and I'm able to get things done around the house. Or I'll put it in the smaller bag and bring it to bed with me. One of the best purchases I've made on Amazon. The belt could use a better pocket sleeve for the hot pack and a little longer handles. My mom tried to use it and it wasn't long enough to latch around her waist. Otherwise great product

I like that it can attach and stay in place. I have issues with pain in shoulder blades and this is great as I can work around the house with it staying in place and relaxing those muscles. It can be used anywhere on your body really. It's nice, doesn't leak or lose heat quickly. I really like this set.

Purchased item for my wife for Christmas. She loves it and I fill it for here every night before bed. Stays hot under the blankets for 12 or more hours. When I dump it out the next day before bed it's still warm.

i’ve been searching for a hot water bottle with a strap/holder, so i could wear it while working. i have a pain condition and my hot water bottle is the only thing that helps relieve pain. i was thrilled to receive this! the cover is fuzzy and cozy. however, it is rather small. i provided a picture of it next to my full size water bottle. this doesn’t bother me much, as it is perfect for work. what does slightly bother me is the strap/holder. i have large hips and it just barely fits around them. i had to attach it pretty tightly and after that, it was kind of uncomfortable. i’m not sure if i will use this at work, like i intended, but i will still use it without the strap/holder.

The belt for water bag works good! the belt design could improve to make it better but it is good for value !

Glad I found this set before I bought a more expensive one. Love that it holds heat. I do castor oil packs and it Feels so comfortable that I fall asleep with it on. In the morning it is still warm.
