When I opened the box and saw that there was no packing, just my large order of many packages of these cookies thrown in a box, I was very disappointed. Then when I picked up the packages and realized that each package sounded like a million broken pieces, I was even more discouraged. This was inexcusable....not even possible to eat. I received bags full of crumbs. What a total rip off...will be complaining and seeking a refund. Review: desertcart Packing/Shipping Ruins Product - These were shipped to me in a box with absolutely no padding - what I got were packages of crumbs, dust and powder. Not the fault of the product, but of desertcart - so just don't purchase them here! ALSO, there is no recourse after you receive this item damaged and unusable, there is no return/no refund on these food items. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B004XYQW0G | | Customer Reviews | 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars (18) | | Manufacturer | Khong Guan | | Package Dimensions | 9.1 x 7.5 x 6.9 inches; 3.75 Pounds | | UPC | 084501814311 | | Units | 56.4 Ounce | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Khong Guan - **Item Form:** Dried - **Number of Pieces:** 8 - **Package Weight:** 3.8 Pounds - **Temperature Condition:** Fresh ## Images ![Khong Guan Sultana, 7.05 Ounce (Pack of 8) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61iHxmnUHLL.jpg) ![Khong Guan Sultana, 7.05 Ounce (Pack of 8) - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/613apNLUR5L.jpg) ![Khong Guan Sultana, 7.05 Ounce (Pack of 8) - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61EqvrEjb3L.jpg) ![Khong Guan Sultana, 7.05 Ounce (Pack of 8) - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61hEk9+KewL.jpg) ![Khong Guan Sultana, 7.05 Ounce (Pack of 8) - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/411WavCXwSL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐ CRUMBS INSTEAD OF COOKIES *by N***I on February 11, 2013* It was very disappointing to receive a very large order of these cookie/biscuits. Well, turns our they are crispy and very bland tasting. Will be good at tea time but won't win you over with your grandkids! ## Frequently Bought Together - Khong Guan Sultana, 7.05 Ounce (Pack of 8) - Khong Guan Raisin Biscuits Tin, 20-Ounce (Packaging May Vary) - Crawford's Garibaldi Biscuits 100g (Pack of 6) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/4563957-khong-guan-sultana-7-05-ounce-pack-of-8](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/4563957-khong-guan-sultana-7-05-ounce-pack-of-8) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
