Does this glitter ever dissolve in liquid?

Can this be used on strawberries

Of course. We recommend coating the strawberries with liquid chocolate and after it has set, use a brush to apply edible luster dust to the surface.This is best application of the edible dust powders.

Will this change the color of a drink that already has a color? I am looking to add some shimmer to mimosas.
