I am using a lot of different hair loss interventions. I do believe Nutrafol to be the most impactful. I noticed my hair was thinning back in 2019 and was diagnosed with female pattern baldness in May 2024. The last 6 months, I added Nutrafol to my regimen. Slow and steady wins the race. And definitely staying consistent past the 2-3 months. For me, After two months I definitely notice less fallout and my hair looking thicker because there’s less fallout. However it’s not for growth/length if that’s what you’re looking for (for the ones having a bob for several years lol). It’s more for people who experience excessive fallout/hair loss and thin hair. I personally didn’t experience any side effects but we’re all different.

For the price and having used them for a year or more didn’t get the results l expected .
