**Q: Why 3rd party testing?**
A: Great question! Because we use an independent lab to test for mycotoxins, heavy metals, pesticides and over 400 other toxins JUST to ensure that our certifications hold up and that what we are saying we can back it up as true. We don't want you to just take our word for it and we don't want to just take our word for it. So, we decided to get an independent lab to verify our results. Trust but verify :-)

**Q: How does this compare with healthy bean low acid coffee?**
A: Some other coffee farms slash and burn the rainforest and spray their coffee beans with toxic
pesticides to keep the bugs away. We think it's better to grow our coffee in chemical-free,
nutrient-rich virgin soil. 

Also, our beans are grown from single origin plants that have not been genetically modified. We
believe in keeping our coffee as clean and pure as possible not just for health reasons, but to
protect the environment and the delicate flavor profile that you get with every perfect cup."

**Q: Is the coffee mold free?**
A: Hello! Our coffee is 3rd party tested for mycotoxins (mold), heavy metals, and 400+ other toxins to ensure the cleanest cup of coffee possible. The beans passed every test with flying colors

this coffee made me ill. my stomach became upset and i had allergic reactions where my body started swelling up. it also made me extremely sleepy. i tried drinking it again hours later to make sure it was this coffee that was causing it and the exact same things happened again. i was so looking forward to experiencing a high quality coffee but they are not high quality coffee. the beans are super dry and they do not look fresh like some other brands i have tried like Peets coffee. Peets coffee has nice oily shine and their beans are extremely fragrant. Could it be they over processed these beans to reduce caffeine with some chemicals? i maybe allergic to the chemicals they used for some kind of processing. i have similar allergic reactions to decaf coffees.
