Snakes look small, but it looks okay overall for the outfit.

Ok first, this is not such a bad product for the price. However if you have an adult head, and my head is not that big, this will not fit your head, trust me. The headband size is for a child, like a 5-year-old child. That being said the snakes will push in a little bit as you stretch out the band. The entire thing is made out of plastic and the back of the snakes are hollow FYI. It looks good in a photograph (@alleycatstudios ;) it doesn't look quite as great in person so keep that in mind. If you're planning on using it for photography it's good, if you're using it for an event you might have trouble keeping it on your head and also it might be uncomfortable. I ended up returning mine because it just didn't fit right.

I really liked this piece! I ended up spray painting it a more metallic gold. I don’t think it was too tight on my head but it was fitted and I have a normal adult sized head. It didn’t slip off and I wore it throughout the night at a costume party! I hesitated with the reviews but i was completely satisfied with it

Matches picture. Size runs a little big but is ok can be altered. Color is nice. Headpiece is weird. Won't stay on. Needed to be attached to a sturdy headband

I had no trouble with the install. I wear like a hair accessory not a hair band to control hair. Sturdy, definitely snake molds are exactly the color and shape I was looking for. Good value for what I need it for.

This was so small, definitely not meant for adults. It was so small it kept falling off all night so I returned it.

This looked so cool, but arrived broken, although the box was fine, so went into the box with a broken snake. No biggie, we are going to super glue it. However, when you put the headband on an adult (ad specifically says adult), or in this case, a teen, the panels of snakes collide and sit askew in a way that just looks cheap and broken,This could work for maybe up to an 8 yr old. Bummer! She was so looking forward to wearing it for a special costume day.

I liked this one more than the one that came with the costume. It allowed me to be more creative with braiding in pipe cleaners into my hair and intertwining it into the snakes
