Storage Containers 6 Pack

These containers are pretty sturdy and air tight. And although I haven’t been using them long, I think they will hold up nicely. I’m a crafter and I wanted to try to dry flowers using silica crystals. I was able to use these containers to do so. To complete this process, the containers were put through quite the test. Here’s what I found: - They worked well in the microwave. - The finish stood strong even from the scratching of the crystals and my fork scrapping around for flower petals. - They stayed solid and sturdy through the multiple bumps and bangs it endured as I took it in and out of the microwave, from the counter, pouring one container into another; etc. - The tops fit snug and felt solid and stayed that way through the repeated clipping and unclipping. - It withstood me continuously heating it up and cooling it down over and over. ** Please note, I did not attach the labels before doing these things. I do not know if that would impact results. - Also, if you’re looking for something airtight... these should do the trick. When drying the flowers with the silica crystals and not using the microwave method, the container was sealed tight allowing me to dry flowers over a few day process. For those of you that do not craft or know what I am talking about, for this process to work, the flowers and silica crystals need to be in an air tight container because the silica crystals absorb moister. If the flowers are left in there over a few day, the crystals will gently remove the water and preserve the flowers. However, if the container is not sealed air tight, the silica crystals will absorb the moisture in the air before there is time to fully dehydrate the flower. Overall, I think this is a great product for a good price. I believe the containers will last but more than that, they’ll be able to do so at a level that allows me to use them as crafting tools and not just storage containers that look pretty... meaning, they are functional and not just esthetically pleasing. I’m excited to get them setup, stacked neatly in my new craft workspace shelves. It will be nice to have everything securely stored, in air tight containers that stack and fit snug next to each other as well as labeled and easily visible. I would buy this again and I would recommend it again. NEGATIVES The only two things that I would maybe complain about... if I had to complain or list something I would change about the product is: 1) The containers were slightly smaller than I was expecting. However, it is exactly as described. And I got over it quickly. 2) I wish it came with just one large but flat container. Were you can spread out or lay larger items flat. I know that somewhat defeats the purpose of these containers neatly stacking and being easily visible and accessible.

Ok ... So I I initially found these through a marketing ad on Facebook. I'm in need of new containers and I like the lids. I received my order about a day later and was surprised to find cute diecut "chalkboard" labels, a chalk marker and a scoop. Who doesn't like extra goodies! Honestly it may have said it came with it I'm not certain. But if it didn't, surprise goodies indeed. The containers themselves are beyond sturdy. Nice feel and weight to them. The lids are a four way, locking kid and the seals are amazing. The set comes with two of each size for a total of six. The three packaged with lids attached were easily reopened and closed. The lids for the other three were very difficult to latch. I'm going with the notion that since they are brand new and not used this may be why it was so difficult to latch them. So I wouldn't necessarily call it a con or anything to down grade the product. I finally got their lids on and have let them sit for a couple of days. This should help the seals break in and be easier to open and close. Considering that, I've no doubt the freshness of my foods would ever be in question. All in all these are a great set of containers and I would recommend them.

The containers are a bit smaller than I anticipated, but I do love them. The set comes with labels and a chalk marker, plus a scoop. There's a slight smell, so I put them in the dishwasher before use. The small containers are great for holding rice, beans, and lentils. With the added scoop, it's much easier than trying to measure from the bag. While obviously great for the pantry, they'd also work great in the bathroom, or for things like art supplies, random legos, small toys, bird seed, etc. They're also the perfect size to hold your Copic markers. The small container will hold about 45-50 Copics. With lids on, the 4 small containers are approximately 5" x3.25" x7" and will hold 6.8 cups. The 2 large containers are approximately 7.5" x5" x7" and will hold 16 cups. All in all, a great purchase.

I love the product. However, they are jammed together so tightly that I can hardly get them apart. I've managed to get 2 separated, and my hands hurt so bad I'm going to have to take the rest to the Maintenance Dept. and ask them to separate them. Not everyone is a 20 year old athlete. Please reconsider putting them in plastic bags and use paper instead.

This storage set is very nice and a great value! They are so convenient and stackable in a nice order, they are extremely durable and make a great addition for long-term storage items. No critters will get in this food with these great locking and sealing lids. The sizes are a good sIze for most items but for long-term I need larger so I will be buying more! I've now purchased my second set as I found it love these. Lids will never pop off as with other big brand, more expensive sets, and they truly are air tight containers. They always arrive in no time and are packaged very nicely so they don't get scratched up or broken. Definitely recommend these Very happy customer!
